Refund and Cancellation Policy

Eventual Finance, Inc. (“Eventual”) provides software and payment automation services to insurance brokers, agencies, MGAs, and carriers. Eventual is not an insurance company, broker, agent, or merchant of record for insurance premium transactions.

Each broker, agency, or carrier using Eventual’s platform is the merchant of record for transactions processed through their account and is solely responsible for their own refund, cancellation, and return policies.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Premium Returns

All refund requests, policy cancellations, midterm endorsements, overpayment inquiries, and requests for return of unearned premium must be directed to the broker, agency, or carrier with whom you hold your policy. Refund eligibility, amounts, timing, and any applicable cancellation fees are governed by:

How Refunds Are Returned

When your broker, agency, or carrier authorizes a refund, funds are returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. Refunds cannot be issued to an alternate payment method.

Coverage, Billing, and Service Questions

For all questions regarding your policy, coverage, claims, billing schedule, or service issues, contact your broker, agency, or carrier directly. Eventual does not have access to policy details and does not provide policyholder support.

Unrecognized Charges

If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, review the merchant descriptor and contact the broker, agency, or carrier identified on your statement.
